It is not at all difficult to follow them!
Rules for good intestinal functioning:
1. In the morning, when getting out of bed, drink one glass of plain water. After 15 minutes, drink 1 glass of herbal or green tea. After 10–15 minutes, eat a healthy breakfast.
2. Never eat when you don’t have an appetite (for example, when you are sick). In this case, the intestinal blood vessels are in spasm, which means it cannot normally digest food.
Also, do not eat if you are irritated and very tired. Stress hormones will not allow food to be fully digested.
3. The process of digestion begins in the oral cavity, and if we swallow food without chewing it well, problems with food digestion will arise. This especially concerns fatty and heavy food.
Therefore, if you have little time for lunch, choose food that requires less time for digestion (yogurt, kefir, fruit).
4. It is not necessary to do enemas for cleansing. There is a much simpler way.
Take:
- 1 raw beet,
- 1 carrot,
- a few leaves of white cabbage,
- a little fresh greens,
- a few drops of lemon juice,
- 1 teaspoon olive oil,
- 1 tablespoon water.
Mix and season with lemon juice, olive oil, and water. Prepare this salad every evening for one week.
5. If the intestines are blocked, their wall barrier function weakens, toxins enter the blood and spread throughout the whole body via the blood vessels. Therefore, carefully watch your drinking regime (at least 2 liters per day) and eat more fiber-rich foods.
Add kefir or yogurt to dishes.
Put it on a water bath over low heat.
When the curd rises, make a hole in the middle with a spoon and add finely chopped vegetables – parsley, dill, celery, parsley, cabbage, radish, carrot, onion.
Remove from heat after 10 minutes and let stand another 10 minutes.
Strain the whey and drink within 10–30 minutes, before meals.
6. The intestines cannot work normally without healthy microflora. To restore or maintain its balance, you should eat live fermented dairy products every day.
By the way, you can prepare them yourself.
You will need:
- Boiled or pasteurized milk (unsterilized milk contains fermented milk bacteria, which during the preparation process will compete with the starter and turn milk into sour milk);
- The starter itself, which can be bought in a pharmacy or supermarket.
The starter must multiply in milk at a certain temperature – 36–39 ºC.
If the temperature is lower, you will get a tasteless yogurt of thick consistency. And if the temperature is higher, fermentation will not occur.
Therefore, boil the milk, cool it to the desired temperature, add the starter (according to the recipe), stir and pour into a thermos or yogurt maker for 4–6 hours.
7. Any intense movement, especially if it involves the muscles of the abdomen and back, increases intestinal motility and promotes its regular emptying.
Before using any medicine or treatment method, always consult your doctor!
Keeping your intestines healthy does not require complicated methods or expensive treatments. By starting the morning with warm water and a light breakfast, eating only when your body truly needs it, chewing food carefully, and including fresh vegetables, fiber, and fermented dairy products in your diet, you create the best conditions for proper digestion. Regular hydration and daily physical activity further support natural intestinal function.
If these simple habits become part of your daily routine, your intestines will work like clockwork, protecting your body from toxins, boosting energy, and improving overall well-being.
