Do not use too much
Applying a thick layer over large areas or damaged skin can lead to burning sensations or irritation. If skin becomes very red or hot, wash off the remainder with water.

Rub balm on the chest, back, neck; keep warm (e.g. with a scarf or warm clothing). Many people prefer to do this at night. For inhalation, a small amount of balm is added to hot (not boiling) water; inhale steam cautiously (avoid scalding).

Some Additional Important Advice

Always test for allergy: apply a small amount to a non‑sensitive area first; wait to see if irritation occurs.

Avoid use near eyes, inside nostrils, or on mucous membranes. If contact occurs, wash well with water.

Because essential oils and menthol/camphor are quite strong, don’t use in very young children without medical advice.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health professional before frequent or large area use.

Do not combine with other strong irritants or rubs to avoid excessive reaction.
