I never imagined that plain water could have healing properties against allergic reactions! 

Last year I experienced what an allergic reaction is like. I took innumerable antihistamine medications, but still couldn’t get a grip on it. A friend recommended a very simple folk remedy. I didn’t trust it— I never thought that plain water could possess therapeutic powers.

Yet now I have convinced myself of its strength: boil 1.5 liters of water for 10 minutes over medium heat. I want to emphasize that the boiling time should be exactly 10 minutes (neither more nor less). Then allow it to cool, and drink it at any time, sip by sip. I was amazed when I discovered that I no longer sneezed, and my nose no longer became congested, even though I wasn’t taking medicines. As soon as I felt a scratchy throat sensation, I immediately began drinking my water.

In the first few days I even kept a bottle of it beside my bed at night, and woke up to drink it. This kind of water should be consumed for a long time — we will not harm ourselves; on the contrary – our nasal cavities will be cleansed.

As a result of boiling, the structure of the water is disrupted — it becomes “dead”. The longer we boil water, the more lifeless it becomes.

During boiling, due to evaporation the concentration of salts in the water increases; consuming such water raises the risk of kidney‑stone pathology, joint diseases, and atherosclerosis.

In boiling, chlorine may enter into reactions with other organic compounds and form substances harmful to the body. Researchers conclude that if a person constantly uses tap‑water that has been boiled, their immune system may decline. It is better to use spring water (source water) for boiling, one that does not contain chlorine. In that case the risk of harm to the body is minimal. Nonetheless, despite this, I still would not advise becoming obsessed with this method for the long term, because even spring water after boiling loses its initial structure.
