If You Have a Cyst and Don’t Know What to Do, Then This Article Is for You

I am 59 years old and work as an economist. Over the years, work has never felt like a burden; life has had a different kind of joy. That was how my life went on — until a cyst was discovered on my right ovary.

From the very beginning, I decided not to undergo surgery. Instead, under the careful supervision of my gynecologist, I committed myself to treating it with natural remedies. Though the process was somewhat prolonged, the results were undeniable. A follow-up ultrasound confirmed that the cyst had completely disappeared.

Here’s how I treated myself naturally:

First Course

I started with a herbal remedy made from Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) — a plant well-known in traditional medicine for its anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties, which can support kidney and urinary tract health.

I took 12 stems of Goldenrod and poured 0.5 liters of vodka over them, then stored the mixture in a dark place. Each day, I gently shook the container to mix the contents.

After 21 days of infusion, I began taking the remedy as follows:

On the first day, I took 1 teaspoon twice a day.

On the second day, I increased the dose to 1 teaspoon three times a day.

For the following days, I took 1 dessert spoon twice a day: once in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast, and once at night before going to bed.

I continued this regimen until the bottle was finished, which took 30 days. Then, I rested for 10 days before starting the second course.

Second Course

For the next 30 days, I used Orobanche — a parasitic plant often used in herbal medicine for its restorative properties.

I rinsed a small amount of Orobanche thoroughly, passed it through a meat grinder, and extracted the juice by pressing it through a clean cloth. I drank this fresh juice every day.

On the first day, I took 1 teaspoon. From the second day onward, I took 1 teaspoon three times a day, half an hour before meals.

After completing this 30-day course, I rested again for 10 days before moving on to the third course.

Third Course

For another 30 days, I returned to the Goldenrod tincture, taking 1 dessert spoon twice a day as before.

After finishing this third course, I underwent another ultrasound examination. To my relief and joy, the cyst had noticeably shrunk.

Fourth Course

I then purchased a tincture of Yordasalm from a pharmacy, a medicinal plant known for its anti-inflammatory and healing properties. I took 1 teaspoon of this tincture three times a day, always half an hour before meals, for 30 days.

Fifth Course

Finally, I took the Goldenrod tincture again, just as I did in the first and third courses.

Summary of Treatment

Altogether, this natural treatment lasted about six months. After eight months, the ultrasound showed that the cyst was completely gone.

Since then, I have maintained regular check-ups with ultrasounds every year, and so far, everything has remained stable and healthy.

Reflections on Natural Healing

This experience taught me the power of natural remedies when combined with medical supervision. Sometimes, surgery can seem like the only option, but in many cases, the body can heal with the help of herbal treatments and patience.

Goldenrod, Orobanche, and other plants I used are all deeply rooted in traditional medicine and have been used for centuries to support women’s health and improve the functioning of reproductive organs.

For anyone facing a similar diagnosis, my advice is to consult with your healthcare provider and explore natural options that may complement conventional treatments. While these herbal remedies took time, the gentle and gradual healing process felt much better for me than invasive procedures.

Important Notes

Always consult a doctor before starting any herbal treatment, especially if you have other health conditions or take medications.

Herbal remedies work differently for each person, and results may vary.

Consistency and patience are key — healing takes time, especially when opting for natural therapies.

Keep monitoring your health regularly with ultrasound or other recommended tests.

What Is a Cyst?

A cyst is a fluid-filled sac that can develop in various parts of the body, including the ovaries. Ovarian cysts are common and often harmless, but depending on their size and symptoms, treatment may be necessary.

Natural remedies aim to support the body’s immune system and reduce inflammation, helping the cyst to shrink or resolve without surgery.

Why Choose Natural Remedies?

Natural treatments can offer a gentler approach with fewer side effects compared to surgery or hormonal therapies. Many herbs contain compounds that reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and help restore hormonal balance, which is essential for reproductive health.

Final Words

Healing from a cyst is possible without drastic medical intervention if you take the right steps and work closely with your healthcare provider.

My

journey with herbal remedies has been a testament to patience, faith in nature, and the importance of holistic care. If you are looking for alternatives or complementary options to conventional medicine, I hope my story inspires and guides you toward health and well-being.
