Whey Is a Unique Alkaline Product That Effectively Relieves Leg Pain

I am 50 years old, and for those of you who suffer from leg pain, I want to share a very simple but effective recipe. Ten years ago I was tormented by pain in my legs. The pain spread from the tips of my toes up to my ankles. I also had burning in the soles and a spur (heel spur). I sought help in hospital, but the medications the doctors prescribed did not bring health improvement.

The pain was so unbearable, that standing up was difficult, and sleeping at night was almost impossible. To get even a little rest, I used dimedrol. A friend suggested that I pour cold water over my feet. After doing that, the pain would lessen for 5–10 minutes, but then it would come back with the same intensity. At that time I was working providing care services for elderly pensioners and persons with disabilities, and I took care of one old man in particular.

After he learned about my problem, he advised me to try applying whey to my feet at night. I followed his advice. At home, I warmed the whey to tolerable heat, then placed my feet in it, and kept them there until the whey cooled. Then I put on socks and went to sleep.

You won’t believe it, but after a long time in pain, I managed to fall asleep without problems. I repeated the procedure for another three weeks in a row, and the nightmare disappeared. Now I can even travel. It’s amazing because I have varicose veins under which feet should never be warmed overly, but this method harmed me not at all—in fact, it truly helped me.

Here’s something: once, following a woman’s suggestion, I tried to eliminate the heel spur by jumping on the floor. I got worse. After a few jumps, pain hit me so hard I thought I had lost my soul…

For those who have similar problems, I recommend whey. This dairy product even helped my cat when its paw swelled. I warmed its limb in whey, and after several treatments, it began running as before.

Whey also defeated abscesses. Somehow, I cut my finger on a rose thorn. It soon turned purple, red, and pus formed. For a week I endured the pain. Then I remembered whey. I warmed my hand in it twice, and the finger returned to normal.

Whey – A Unique Alkaline Product Recognized Worldwide

It contains all the beneficial properties of milk, yet none of the common allergens (casein, lactose, etc.). The product is 100% dietary. It is very useful for women of any age.

Whey can be produced at home when making cottage cheese, which belongs to the list of alkaline products. One of the simplest home recipes for preparing cottage cheese at home:

Heat 1‑2 liters of full milk in a wide pot on low heat (over a water bath or simmer, gentle heating).

You can also pour the required amount into a glass jar, and place that glass jar inside a pot whose bottom is covered with cloth (to prevent direct scorching).

Heat until whey (a yellowish liquid) separates from the curd (the cottage cheese). This process takes approximately 1–2 hours.

Then separate the curd and the whey. Eat the curd. Drink the whey without adding sugar.

You may also use the whey when baking bread, pancakes or any other baked goods.

Why This Method Helped Me

Because the whey is alkaline, it helps neutralize excess acidity, reduce inflammation, soothe burning sensations, and alleviate pain. Warming the whey and applying it to the feet seemed to bring relief. Warmth often helps in relaxing muscles, improving circulation and easing nerve discomfort. Overnight treatment allowed longer exposure to the benefits. The three‑week course was enough to interrupt the cycle of pain and take rest.

Also, the fact that this method is gentle was very important: even though I had varicose veins, which often contraindicates methods involving heat, this was mild and did no harm.

Scientific and Nutritional Support (What Is Known)

While traditional home remedies like this one are not always studied directly in clinical trials, modern science provides supporting evidence about whey and its benefits in related contexts:

Reducing muscle soreness and helping recovery: Whey protein (especially after exertion) has been shown to improve muscle restoration, reduce the decline in strength, and lessen soreness.

Anti‑inflammatory effects: Some studies report that whey can reduce levels of pro‑inflammatory markers like IL‑6 and TNF‑α when used in certain contexts.

Support for joint, bone, and connective tissue: Whey is rich in the amino acid leucine and others that promote protein synthesis, tissue repair, and potentially support bone health.

While none of these studies examine exactly the home remedy with warm whey for foot pain as described, the existing evidence about whey’s ability to reduce inflammation, improve tissue recovery, and support healing suggests that this kind of use may well have a physiological basis.

How to Use This Remedy(Adapted Instructions)

Here’s how you can try this remedy safely and effectively:

Prepare whey at home using the cottage cheese method as described above, or use clean, unpasteurized whey if available and safe.

Warm the whey to a warm, tolerable heat—not too hot to avoid burns, especially in areas with varicose veins or sensitive skin.

Soak your feet or affected limb in the warm whey for a period (e.g. until the whey cools down), then dry, put on soft socks, and go to sleep.

Repeat every night for a duration (e.g. three weeks) or until you notice consistent improvement in pain, burning, burning sensations, or swelling.

If you have allergies to milk proteins (casein, lactose) or skin conditions, test on a small patch of skin first, to ensure there is no reaction.

Do not add sugar to the whey before drinking; drink plain to get the full effect if you choose to drink some of it. Also it can be used as a cooking or baking ingredient if you like.

Cautions and What to Keep in Mind

If you have varicose veins, use caution with heat. Although in my case it did not harm me, every case is different. Extremely hot liquids could be dangerous.

If allergic to dairy proteins (casein, whey, lactose), avoid this remedy.

If you have skin damage, open wounds, or risk of infection, ensure hygiene is good.

If symptoms worsen—or you experience swelling, redness, fever—consult a medical professional.

This is a home remedy—not a substitute for medical treatment, especially in serious or chronic conditions.

My Experience and Final Thoughts

Thanks to this method, I was able to:

Sleep through the night without severe pain

Stop using strong medications like dimedrol just to get rest

Eliminate burning sensations in my feet

Restore my ability to walk without agony

Overcome complications like abscesses and even donate relief to my cat when its paw was injured

These results came gradually but noticeably over a course of about three weeks.
